Frequently asked questions
A few of the things people often ask. Can’t see your question? Just get in touch.
What areas do you cover?+
Aspire Support is based in Banbury and provides 1:1 support across Banbury and the surrounding areas. If you’re nearby and not sure whether we can reach you, please get in touch, we’re always happy to talk it through.
Do you provide personal care?+
Aspire’s focus is community-based support, building confidence, independence and life skills, and supporting people to access their community, appointments and everyday responsibilities. If you have specific needs in mind, please get in touch and we can talk through whether Aspire is the right fit.
Can support be weekly or ad hoc?+
Yes. Support is flexible and built around the individual, that might be regular weekly support, a few hours here and there, or more ad hoc arrangements. We’ll find a pattern that works for you.
Can you support community activities?+
Absolutely. Supporting people who wish to access local activities, clubs, events and community opportunities is something we are passionate about. Aspire Support can provide 1:1 support to help people attend activities that matter to them. For those looking for organised group activities, creative sessions, wellbeing groups and social opportunities, Live Out Loud CIC offers a range of inclusive community-based events.
How are support plans developed?+
Everything starts with the individual. We take time to understand the person, their goals and what matters most to them, then shape support around that, working closely with the individual and their family or circle of support. Plans stay flexible and are reviewed as goals and needs change.
How do I make a referral?+
You can make a referral or enquiry through our Funding & Referrals page, by emailing info@aspiresupport.co.uk, or by calling 07767 295197. Whether you’re an individual, a family member or a professional, we’re happy to help.
Still have a question?
We’re always happy to talk things through, no obligation.
